Important Notice on Badge Usage and Validity
The ‘Rooted in Britain’ graphic badge is dateless and licenced exclusively for the duration of your directory listing active status. Upon successful verification and payment, you are granted a rolling 12 month licence to display the badge across your digital assets (including e-commerce site, social media and email signatures), physical product packaging and printed marketing materials.
Because the badge does not feature a physical expiration date, you agree that this licence applies exclusively for the duration of your active subscription.
If your membership lapses, is cancelled or fails annual re-verification, this licence terminates immediately, you will be removed from our live brand directory.
To ensure fairness to our active community and protect the integrity of the mark, a strict universal cutoff applies.
You are legally required to completely cease all use of the badge and remove from all digital channels, physical product packaging and printed marketing materials within seven (7) calendar days of your membership end date.
Continued display beyond this 7 day window constitutes an unauthorised breach of licence and intellectual property infringement.
