From the fields where ingredients are grown to the workshops where products are crafted, this directory highlights those who champion British land, British values and genuine transparency.
It exists to help consumers, retailers and partners discover the stories behind British‑rooted products – starting with the farmers and growers who cultivate them, and extending to the makers and brands who bring them to life.
Each listing represents a certified member who meets the standards of the Rooted in Britain Badge.
Featured in the Rooted in Britain Directory, each month Directory Discovery highlights a randomly selected member across each section and shares a brief insight into their story, products and commitment to British provenance.
Each member is part of a growing movement to reconnect consumers with the origins of the products they buy.

If you would like your business or brand to be considered for the British Brand Directory and Badge license, follow our brand directory application form link below.
The information you provide will help us understand your brand’s connection to Britain and assess its transparency, sourcing practices and overall suitability for the Directory.
You do not need to have everything perfected.
We are looking for honest businesses that can demonstrate what they are doing well while being open about where there is still room to improve.
All applications are reviewed individually and submission does not guarantee acceptance.

The first 10 verified brands accepted into the Directory will receive a full 12 month listing completely free
The next 25 qualifying brands accepted into the Directory will receive 25% off their first year’s listing fee
All brands must complete our application and verification process and meet the Directory’s eligibility, transparency and suitability criteria.
Offers will be allocated in the order that completed applications are verified and accepted.
Submission does not guarantee acceptance or eligibility for an introductory offer.
Standard listing fees will apply after the introductory 12 month period, with no obligation to renew.
